I started losing weight around Dec 2010 when I took up running. I was 90kg heavy. This blog is to help my motivation when it feels like it is waning away.

Age: 25
Height: 5'1

SW: 90kg/198lbs
CW: 67kg/148lbs
UGW: 55kg/121lbs (Join Crossfit cause I'll be an athlete by then.)
